Dr. Mount graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. She has conducted individual, family, couples and group counseling, psychological assessment and supervision of counselors-in-training. Courses taught include Introductory Counseling Skills, Sociology of Sexual Assault, Interpersonal Relationships, and Couples and Family Counseling. Specializations include college student development, sexual assault and intimate partner violence, career development, multicultural counseling, couples counseling, and LGBT concerns. She has worked with individuals and organizations to provide consultation and outreach services including program evaluation, workshops and training seminars. Her research has been presented at local and national conferences and focuses on the areas of attachment, healthy relationship functioning, unexpected trauma, social support, and counselor self-efficacy.

Robert Buelow
Violence Prevention Coordinator

Robert graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Women's Studies. He was actively involved in men's antiviolence groups at Penn State, where he helped to co-found a chapter of One in Four and served as Co-President of student group Men Against Violence. He has also worked as a research intern, designing a qualitative research project interviewing men at the forefront of the antiviolence movement. Through these involvements, he has had the opportunity to attend national conferences, collaborate with University administrators, and facilitate presentations in numerous classrooms and campus events. Aside from his scholastic and extracurricular involvements, he has also instructed a community ceramics class with an emphasis in wheel-thrown pottery.
Winnie Tse
Administrative Assistant

Winnie is the Administrative Assistant for CARE and provides administrative and program support, including preparation and maintenance of files, correspondence and program materials to relevant agencies, organizations and individuals. She also provides support in conference and workshop preparation.
Before joining CARE in 2009, Winnie held several positions in the healthcare and financial services industries where she developed strong organizational and office support skills.
